About Me: Why I Started Treating Health Like Capital
Hi, I’m Maksym Udovikov. I’m 46.
I’m an entrepreneur, a husband, and a father of three. Born in Ukraine. Living in Bali since 2018. Real estate is what I do.
For years I thought I was handling stress well; deadlines, deals, responsibility — it all felt normal, even energizing. But somewhere around 45, I noticed something changing: nothing dramatic; no breakdown, just small things — sleep got worse, energy became unpredictable, visceral fat started creeping up.
My thinking felt slightly slower — not dumb, just less sharp. That scared me, because I understand compounding; in business, small declines turn into big problems if you ignore them.
So I asked myself a simple question: How long do I actually want to live? And more importantly — how do I want to feel while living?
I don’t want to just reach 100; I want to stay strong, clear-headed, independent. That question changed how I look at my body, and now I treat longevity like a long-term strategy: I measure things, I read research, I test habits, I adjust.
This project is just me documenting that process.
If you’re new here, you can start with the full framework behind it on the Start Here page
No hype. No magic pills. Just a disciplined experiment in building strength, clarity, and longevity over decades.
